And Then He Kissed ME!!!!!!!!

So, we've had our wedding pictures for a while now and I have YET to order any! Tonight I finally uploaded them all to Shutterfly so that I could get the ball rolling! My wedding pics are SO good! I love every single one. Ashleigh Peak in Memphis, TN did our whole wedding weekend, and our engagement pics. She is my sister's friend, and the wife to one of her friends from pharmacy school. So, she and her friend Erin made the trek to RC for the fabulous Gossage/Bennett wedding. If anyone needs some family pics/baby pics/wedding pics you can find Ashleigh's website here. I just wanted to show ya'll some of my favorites from the happiest day of my life! :)

I love this picture with our rings! I think it's so cool.

I thought this was a cute idea! So fuN!

This reminds me of an oil painting or something! It's awesome! (nevermind that it was HOT and I was dripping! ha!)

This is when we first saw each other. We did all our picture before the wedding and had our little "moment" together in the field. So special! :)

This is probably one of my favorite pictures! We used it on our Christmas cards this year. I just think it's us. :)

Contrary to popular belief, I AM off the ground! haha. I just had a long dress on!!!

Sis and the girls coming in! I loved their red wagon!

I LOVE this one! Em is fixing my dress! As I was walking down the aisle, someone said that she asked, "Is this the real wedding?" haha! She was perfect!

Adam is clearly ready to be out of these clothes! I think this is sweet!

My sister, me, and my momma at the reception. I think this is such a good pic of us! I love them!

Erin took this one from our upstairs window!
So, that's our wedding in a nutshell! :) I loved each and every picture Ashleigh and Erin took!
Hope you've enjoyed looking into our special day!
PS: We walked down the aisle as newlyweds to the song from the movie Adventures in Babysitting, "And then He Kissed Me" This was my FAVORITE movie growing up! I think me and my sister could, to this day, quote every line in the movie! For your enjoyment:

Oh My Nasty!!!

No. Nothing is gross around here. It's just a simple phrase that used to be in my vocabulary throughout high school (and maybe even sometimes today!) that makes me think of two of my favorite people in the world!!!
I remember a high school youth trip to Spirit Song at King's Island when this phrase was coined and will remain engraved in all of our hearts forever!

This post isn't about gross things, but about love! I love you Buck and Su (and Adam and Luke!) and I am forever grateful that you were placed into my life at one of the most critical times! High school wouldn't have been the same without my Youth Minister and his wife! This past Sunday (Jan 3) marked the last Sunday that Bucky and Susan Walters would see us at Jamestown Christian Church as staff. It was an emotional Sunday but a great one. Looking back at the past 10 years was fun. Everything that Bucky and Susan have done for me and our church has impacted us so much.

Everyone together for Soup and Game Night 2009

This post isn't meant to be sappy and sad. I just wanted to let everyone know how much Buck and Su have meant to me over the past 10 years! Gateway in Mt. Sterling Kentucky will be so blessed to have them there! Love ya'll!!!!

Back to Life...Back to Reality

Who sings this song? I've had it in my head for the past week. Probably because of my jolt back to reality after an AAAAMMMAZING Christmas Break.

December 18th couldn't have come any quicker! It was the last day of school for me in 2009 and the last day of work for Josh for about a week. As soon as we got back to the house we packed our bags and headed east.

Christmas was so much fun! We had a pretty busy schedule for the first bit while we were home and the last week we got to relax. Saturday the 19th was the annual Weekend Warriors Christmas party! I didn't get too many pics, but it was so good to see a lot of our friends we hadn't seen in a while! We really only managed to get pics of the babies there!

Cute little Ethan and me at the party!

Christmas was fabulous! :) We spent Christmas Eve morning with Josh's family. Emily was so funny! She opened up all her presents first and then wanted to open everyone else's cause her's were all gone!
Em in one of her many princess dresses she got!

Then Christmas Eve night we spent with my family. We all went to candlelight service at church then home to open up our annual Christmas PJ's. Christmas morning the girls were so fun! They would have much rather gotten paper than much else for Christmas.

Crazy Carly! So sweet!

Kate vacuuming. She may very well inherit some of her mother's traits! :)

We had such a great time at home! After Christmas not much else happened! It was so good to relax and not have to worry about school and cleaning and laundry! :)
